Uncommon conversations on “Life Unscripted” with Betsy Chasse.

Galynne Goodwill is an independent singer/songwriter writing soulful, conscious, acoustic pop songs.  Her song-writing is inspired by the rapid awaking of humanity.  Over the last ten years she has observed within herself a growing agitation with corporate media, pharmaceutical commercials, and corrupt political & religious agendas.  As a result of her agitation she had an epiphany that these agendas were intended to keep people sedated, divided, angry, and in constant state of oppression. She decided to commit her life’s work to raising the vibration of humanity and inspiring hearts through conscious music.  In 2007 she left the corporate world as HR Trainer & Instructional Designer to pursue music full-time.

Galynne sums up the collective theme of her music in these words: ”Our world is evolving rapidly and we are growing in consciousness with every breath.  The words we use and the thoughts we think have a direct impact on how each moment unfolds. We are remembering that deep within each of us lies the wisdom and knowledge of the Universe. We do not need to be told how to think or what to believe by the media, religious or political leaders… AND… we are not as messed up as the pharmaceutical commercials lead us to believe.”

Her music has the potential to inspire heart-felt conversations about things that truly matter in this world and her intention is to always be in line with the highest wisdom found within every lesson or topic. With a naturally skilled voice that ranges from powerful and soulful to sweet and gentle she has earned instant comparisons to artists such a Brandi Carlisle, Aimee Mann & Natalie Merchant.
Her newest album “Lovers of Wisdom” (2011) has been receiving enthusiastic reviews.
“Galynne has that Earth Mother groovy thing down, very much like Sophie B Hawkins, or a little funkier Natalie Merchant.” Dino Corvino, City Pages – Wausau, WI

“It is people like Galynne who are out there giving their dreams a go that hold the potential to change the world.”  Ray Davis, Affirmation Spot  - Kansas City, MO

“With the folk love of such greats as Joni Mitchell and Aimee Mann – Galynne Goodwill stays true to form and shows that she can compete in the big leagues.” Wilson Pickin – Los Angeles, CA (iTunes Review)
