A biography is a funny thing. You’re supposed to list all the wonderful things about yourself in a couple of paragraphs, wrapping it up as a personal sales pitch! It feels a little odd to me—especially since I wear so many hats (don’t we all). But here goes.
First and foremost I am a single mom with two wonderful kids, Elora and Max. They are the light of my life and my world revolves around them! We love to garden, paint, create and cause as much of a rumpus as we can together.
I’m a filmmaker. You may have seen my film What The Bleep Do We Know?! I was a co-creator of the film, credited with co-writing, co-directing and producing. I was also a big part of the film’s distribution. To find out more about the film click here.
Which leads to my next exciting venture: Intention Media. Having had great success distributing “BLEEP,” I started Intention Media with my friend and co-distributor Melissa Henderson as a way to get meaningful films out to the world. In addition to “BLEEP,” I also produced a very powerful documentary, Pregnant In America, which examines the bleak state of natural childbirth in the U.S.—a subject close to my heart since things are so bad in the States I elected to go to Canada to give birth to my son. I am also an author. My current book, Metanoia-A Tranformational Change of Heart, is a short book of essays written as I move through the painful process of divorce, re-examining my beliefs and venturing into a renewal of self. To find out more about the book click here.

Oh, yes. I am also a blogger, a speaker, a screenwriter, a radio show host and a consultant! Whew! That’s a lot of hats!
But what I really am is a person—a woman, a mom, a human being trying to make sense of life. Exploring all the possibilities, evolving, changing, listening and being in this amazing reality we have all created together.
